We found out a year and a half ago we had to move and it was very sudden. Andrea jumped right in and helped with everything. She took us around to several places in our area and price range. When we finally decided to put an offer down she was there to mediate the whole thing. It was quick and easy all the things we could ask for especially with our first home. We are so happy and lucky to say the least, thay we chose Andrea Mylan to be our Realtor!
The amount of dedication she has for her job is incredible. She asked all the questions (and then some) to make sure that she knew exactly what we wanted and NEEDED in our first home.
From safety for our children, to space for a family, and then some.
Not only did she keep in contact with us, she kept in contact with our mortgage broker, making sure that communication between everyone was on point, and that everyone was on the same level.
If she couldn't answer a question we had right away, she made sure she figired it out, or pointed us in the right direction on how to get questions answered.
Andrea worked hard on finding us our first home and we couldn't have asked for better!!!!
