I started my house searching back in September of 2022 when I met my agent Rudy Ramirez, this was when the market was going into correction. We look at a few houses that I did not like and then he informed me of the process! Long story/short story is that Rudy was able to manage my expectations by being up front, making subtle suggestions,and keeping my emotions MOSTLY in check. I had Kami as my Real Estate agent and I can def say that if you want to make things happen and make a deal, hes your guy. Def motivated to make a deal happen.
