Graham was awesome, didn't give unrealistic expectations or over sell the product or himself - I do new product demos every quarter and we've used almost every lead source under the sun. 98% of the time they're pitching you total bs, it was extremely refreshing to have someone not try and sell you fluff. Super transparent on what we should expect, analytics from the past 12 months in the zip codes we were interested in, always available to answer any questions, great on follow up. 12/10 stars.

I would give 10 stars if it were an option. Graham walked me through the process of how the analytics & data worked to target homeowners who are likely going to be selling in the near future. Along with being very professional & truthful, he made it clear that if the effort were put in correctly & I did my part that I have an extremely high chance of being successful. So far in just 30 days, I have called 158 of the contacts I have been provided. I will be signing 1 listing agreement on Monday for $6.65MM & I have 4-5 other prospects I have established solid relationships with that are going to be ready to list within 6 months. I am so pumped about continuing the process & this data has changed my family's life. If any agent gives these guys a bad review, it is simply because they do not know how to cold call & are individuals looking for immediate success, which only happens if you hit the powerball.
