As a first time home-buyer Dan Brown and his assistant Andrea did a great job helping us understand our numbers, and getting everything done promptly and completely. I first heard of Sean from a co worker. I had emailed him that night looking for a meeting the next morning, mostly expecting a for reschedule for a week later. He contacted me minutes later and moved his schedule around so we could sit down and talk. My wife and I were first time home buyers with very little understanding of what to do, and who to go to. Sean was there for us every step of the way. Daily phone calls and text messages questions from us, as well as him setting us up with a phenomenal Realtor. He took a lot of the stress and worry away from buying a home, while making sure that we did not stray from our budget and getting as close to his estimates on monthly house payments. I would reccomend Sean to any level of home buyer, even just for a sit down to talk numbers.

It has been 13 years since my wife and I have financed a house, things have changed signifficantly during that time. Mike walked us through each step, initiated contact with the Title company, discussed on several occasions the impact of the FED on our rate, then called us to suggest we lock in the rate.
