I wanted to quit and give up our refinance as I had with another company earlier in the year due to the difficulties with all that is required to secure a loan but Todd kept my wife and I on track and we got it done!

George and I are in the generation known as septuagenarian, meaning elderly. We do try to keep up with some of this ever changing technology and just when I get to feeling good about being close to a junior techie then something like this shows up, Zoom and sign online. Just blows my pride right out the door.
Todd was so patient and came by often to help us with all the paper work. He walked us through the process of refinancing our home. We had talked with someone from out of town and then decided maybe for us using a company with a live person might be better and I am so thankful we chose Spire Financial and Todd Maxwell.
