I am SO glad I talked to Glen the night he called!! I was just beginning the process of looking at refinancing my mortgage because rates were looking pretty good. I had actually filled out a loan request with my old mortgage company. The rate that Glen got for us was 1.25% LOWER than theirs. We went through all the initial info and during that very first call he had us on track. All the numbers for closing were accurate. His timeline was accurate.
