Leaneth helped us when we had difficulty moving forward with renting a SunRun solar system, because the county kept requesting we do electrical upgrades and roof upgrades to our house. She was able to get SunRun to install a new layer of shingles on our roof to facilitate the county approval. Leaneth also helped us expedite a transfer of our solar program to the new buyers of our home with a short escrow, and she is helping us facilitate the installation of solar panels and be back up batteries on our new home. She is excellent at problem solving and is persistent with making the process as efficient as possible.

Mark Ives did a fantastic job in explaining all the features of the solar system from Sunrun. Mark was professional and courteous in answering my questions about the project. He guided me through the process efficiently and I was glad to have him as my trusted advisor. He told me that he and other professionals from Sunrun will get all the work done like getting city permits and PG&E okays for our Solar project. This gave me great confidence in the project even though I myself is not a professional in the field.

I enjoyed working with David Watson from Sunrun on my solar project. I have received several solar quotes in the past but none were as clear, precise and detailed as it was working with David. David has stayed involved throughout the entire process and has come by and checked in on the installation process several times.The process that Sunrun uses in tracking the installation process is incredible. They keep you informed every step of the way.
