Jai, Joe, and Brad Brooks are the best at what they do! My wife and I ACCIDENTALLY began looking for our dream home in the middle of a pandemic. Needless to say, the odds were stacked against us but Covid-19 and enforced government shutdowns were no match for Jai, Joe, and Brad Brooks when trying to sell us the right home. The Brooks care, persistence, and endless knowledge got us the home we not just needed, but wanted and loved. We decided to move to the Denver area while we were on an RV trip to Southern California. We came back through Denver anticipating a long process of looking at properties to find just the right one, so given we only had 5 days in town, we decided to start looking just to get a sense of what we were dealing with. Our daughter had used Kathy when she moved to Lafayette a couple years ago, so we called her and asked her is she would work with us for a few days, thinking we would scout the area and come back at a later time to seriously search for our new home. In the day and a half that we spent with Kathy, she was so in tune with our requirements that she noticed a house for sale across the street from a walk-thru she was doing with another client and called us about it. We met her there about an hour later, toured the house and found it to be perfect for our needs. We ended up extending our stay by a half day to sign the purchase agreement the next morning before driving back to Ohio. We never dreamed things could happen so quickly, but it was such a relief to be able to buy a home so quickly. Kathy was thorough and professional through the entire process and worked closely with us to coordinate the closing activities in Denver, since we lived 1,200 miles away. Subsequent to our dealings with Kathy, another of our daughters decided to move to the area and was successful in working with Kathy to find a house that was perfect for her family. We jokingly refer to Kathy as our "Family Realtor." Without hesitation, I highly recommend Kathy for your real estate needs.
