I had some questions regarding an ARC application for some backyard work and had the opportunity to talk to Krystle Townsend. Krystle was very professional and courteous. She answered all my questions and emailed all the information I had requested within a matter of minutes! With other HOA management services, I would never have been able to talk to a representative (I've tried) and would have waited anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to get any kind of reply.

I recently moved to Mountain Falls Golf Course community in Pahrump, NV and must tell you that it has been a very positive experience. You are so lucky to have such a person of such value as Erin is. She walked me through a program regarding an issue with some tree damage, caused by high wind, last week. Very attentive, and able to help me access both my problem and by listening to my situation and me relate my quandary, of what to do and listening to what my landscaper related to me, and his suggestion to convey his opinion on how to move forward with a remedy that hopefully would provide an end to a means of solving my situation. You are lucky to have such a genuine, well versed employee in your service. I was experiencing trouble with my account at Rancho Las Palmas Neighborhood HOA. This HOA is managed by TerraWest Management Services. I emailed Customer Service on July 15 (a Friday) and requested assistance. I got an immediate reply that someone would get back to me within a couple days. On July 19 I heard from Sandra Escobar explaining my account and giving me a payoff that brought my account current. Was a pleasure to deal with such efficiency.
