Working with Terry and Dave was a blessing and huge benefit to us. We started looking for a house 2 years ago and Terry and Dave were right there with us. We did not plan to move from the home we built, however due to family health issues we decided to move closer to our kids. The obstacle was finding a house, in a close proximity to family, that met the tough criteria we had. Beings we built our home and Loved it, the bar was high on what we wanted. We were not only moving from the house we planned to retire in but it had everything we wanted. Terry and Dave were on the search to help us find the right home that had what we wanted and needed, as we were also downsizing. They were very patient and took their time, knowing that this was a difficult decision for us, but one we needed to make. If we found a house that met most of the criteria, Dave went through the benefits of each house, as well as areas that we could easily change to make it ours. They found a house that was on the market for a couple months and we decided to take a quick walk through. We put an offer on the house, which was accepted but their service didn't end there. We then put our house on the market which Terry and Dave took care of that as well. They were on top of everything and we quickly received offers. They provided an incredible amount of information on the whole process of buying and selling. Called Terry and discussed Dad’s house and within days, she met with us at our father’s home bringing 12 comps (comparable house sales within the last 12 months in the Oakville area), conducted a walk through, offered suggestions and shared a list of subcontractors/vendors to assist with those suggestions.
