Eric was fantastic, he was able to assist with getting my condo to where it needed to be to sell. Not only did it sell, it was above asking price and with his industry knowledge we were done quickly!! He came through big time from start to finish. Him and the Guempel Team ( Jess and Dave) were able to assist and were responsive while providing top notch service while taking the stress out of selling. Great job Eric and your team!

Eric was absolutely outstanding. He made us feel like we were his number one priority. He communicated often and made himself available whenever we had questions. His service went beyond anything we expected. The best way to put it is he treated us like family and made us feel like he was there for us what ever we needed. His knowledge of the local market and the buying process was excellent. He negotiated a great deal and made sure everything was taken care Of. We were kept well informed throughout the process.

My husband & I can’t recommend Eric Guempel too highly! We would call him first if we ever have to relocate again! My husband got a job transfer from FL to MO & Eric was key in helping us find the perfect home as we looked online at photos. He checked out several possibilities for us by going to each home & looking at everything for us—just as if he would be the buyer. He FaceTimed walk thrus so we could see features. Eric was prompt & knowledgeable in answering questions as well as handling the paperwork involved in a sale. We bought our new home without seeing it in person & we couldn’t be happier.
The service hasn’t stopped there either! He provided us with contact information for a qualified painter & helped us solve a lost key issue.
We don’t think you can find a more dedicated realtor than Eric Guempel!
