Jeff and Patty were simply AMAZING!! We originally were going to try to sell our home ourselves but after speaking with Jeff it was apparent that we were not prepared or qualified for this market. Jeff and Patty discussed every corner we would turn before we did so we would be prepared. We had a snafu with our pool and Jeff came over on a Saturday to help dig and fix the problem. Patty walked our dogs when we had a showing and couldn't be available to take them. WHO DOES THAT????? The HARGER'S, THAT'S WHO!!! I could not have been happier with this process. You guys don't disappoint - thank you Jeff & Patty!!

Jeff and Patty went above and beyond for our family! We started our journey a few months ago and Patty spent countless evenings and weekends with us. She quickly got to know us and our likes and dislikes. When we wanted to put in an offer Jeff quickly pulled together our information and sent it in. I had many questions throughout each and every process and either Jeff or Patty always responded. When we found "the one" Jeff and Patty did everything to make it happen, including things they did not need to- they truly went out of their way to make sure we got the house we wanted. When things got challenging due to outside sources, Jeff and Patty eased our frustrations, worries, and shared in our excitement when it was all said and done.

Buying a home, especially in today's market, is an exercise in patience and faith. Patty was so much more than a real estate agent, she was the voice of reason, calmness and encouragement when the process felt overwhelming and stressful, which was often. The entire experience with Patty was tailored to our needs, not about a sale. She quickly earned our trust. When we saw a property we were interested in but could not see it in person, she went for us. Because she understood what our home buying goals were, she told us she didn't feel it was the right property and we moved on without a single regret. Never once rushed off the phone, she took time to answer our questions and was always thorough. At the end of the day, the home we ended up buying is one that she found and sent us the information on. Her instincts were right - our new home is perfect for us and we could not be any happier!
