Julia is AWESOME! She was so easy to work with, and was always available for showings. She gave us great feedback and knowledge on all properties we visited. My family had to move from Buffalo New York to St Louis Missouri and only had 1 month to sell my house and buy a house suitable for my family. I was talking to one realtor and then contacted another realtor named Julia Miller.
From the first conversation I instantly dropped the original realtor like a hot potato because Julia had hoodzpah and was very knowledgeable and prompt with her responsiveness and that tenacious work ethic was what my family needed to get the job done and yet patience in catering to our needs for what home suited us.
Don't be fooled by the soft-spoken demeanor of this lady and underestimate her moxie. Behind that little voice is the Heart of a Lion that will fight for you and your family throughout your home buying experience.

Julia was patient and kind throughout our lengthy search for our next home. Showing us many properties, some most likely knowing they weren’t going to work out. When we did finally find one, she went to work to help us find the right lender and handle the contract negotiations to close on the property. It's nice working with Julia. She's reliable, ethical and professional. Buying and selling homes at the same time can be very stressful and challenge. There's no issues that cannot be resolved with Julia. Julia will always find the best solution for any problem. Most importantly, Julia cares about me and knows what I want or need, so she never push me into do anything that I don't like. Julia helped me find my "home sweet home" in a very short time, because she put a lot of effort in it.

Julia was awesome in giving us the time needed for a quality search for our new home. She was available to answer questions and help us at all hours of the day and really made sure we were set up for a problem free closing.
