Amy, Beth and Janet are true professionals. Amy, who was my realtor during the purchase of my new house was the best I could have selected. This was the first time I have bought a house. I was definitely nervous. Amy helped keep me calm. Amy realized that no matter what amount of money I was spending on a home, I was important, and this was big for me. She definitely meets people where they are as do Beth and Janet. Amy knows the market, she does not sugar coat things to just get a sale, and she is patient. After the purchase Amy was there to help me as I was not an afterthought.
When my closing did not go as smooth as planned, by no fault of Amy, Beth stepped in and fought for me. All three of them knew how professional I had been in every interaction with my realtors, lender and the title company. When you select Amy, you get the whole team of amazing professionals. Both Amy and Beth helped us sell our old house and buy our new townhome. They were super knowledgeable about all the real estate options that were available. Amy was the primary agent we worked with, but Beth stepped in flawlessly to help us when Amy wasn’t available.
We particularly appreciated their honesty, assertiveness during negotiations, and helpfulness in explaining the real estate requirements. It had been a long time since we last were dealing with the real estate market and were unfamiliar with all the changes.
Also the suggestions they made to us to make our old house more salable were spot on.

Beth was fantastic through the entire process. Being in the world of marketing, I know a good thing when I see it. Amy was very knowledgable about the market, very accommodating, very considerate, a good listener and has a wonderful network of resources that came in handy. But most of all, she was a great partner helping us every step of the way in selling our Chesterfield home. Amy Meier is a fabulous agent. I had both my house and my mother's condo to sell. We had contracts, above asking price on both, within 2 weeks!
Amy explained the selling process to me and answered questions as they came up. She advised me on how to get both properties ready to show. Amy or Beth were always available to resolve issues. They were knowledgeable about the housing market and the different ways of marketing condos & houses.
Trying to sell 2 properties at one time was very stressful but Amy & Beth took care of everything from listing to closing and made it so much easier.
