Originally from Waianae, which is a small town on Oahu, Hawaii. In 2010, she moved to Washington State in order to give her four children a better life and education. She studied Business Management and Marketing at Chaminade University and host an extensive professional background. Including over twenty years in the real estate industry and has owned a successful Notary/Signing agent company. She is highly motivated, dedicated, and has great work ethics. I don't write recommendations often. You need to be stellar for me to do that. Well, with Dar Valdez and Team Dar that is an amazing team. Dar is an excellent Escrow Closer. The communication and anticipation was so on point. Coordinating a simultaneous closing can be tough but with Team Dar, you can tell they are so experienced, and it went through seamlessly. They were ready for anything that happened. Real estate can change by the minute and with any changes that came about, she handled it with ease and did not show any frustration like so many other EO's. She has a calmly effect like everything will be okay. Just love using her and will do so for many more transactions to come.
