Katheryn Evans is an amazing Lady and worth following.... no matter the company she has works for. There are slight differences between companies, the large difference is the the people that work for them. She has tempered my at times 'crazy' and has made my life so much calmer and manageable with her calm presence through each and every transaction.

Kae with Ticor Title was great. She was very responsive and answered my many questions. She worked very hard to ensure our 15 day escrow! We really appreciated her attention to detail and communication.

Kae is without a doubt one of the BEST escrow officers in the business. She is always on top of her game and I have followed her from Chicago Title to Ticor. Would not use another escrow officer if I don't have to.

WOW!! I have never received such outstanding service!!! I had a very difficult transaction, with many issues that came up during our escrow. Kae was not only extremely knowledgeable, and helpful, but outstanding at consistent communication. Even if she did not get an answer yet, she would call to update of progress, and to check in. I must say that our transaction would not have closed with out her guidance and expertise! She was really nice toooo!!! I'm a full time real estate agent and I just closed my 17th transaction so far this year, so I'd like to think I'm pretty experienced and successful. I just completed a not-so-easy purchase transaction as the selling agent on a property in Temecula. Kathryn was excellent throughout the entire process.
