In the escrow industry for more than a 15 years, Jennifer strives to constantly improve the escrow experience for Agents, Buyers, Sellers and Lenders alike.
The Escondido native originally planned to go into law, but a summer job at an escrow firm changed her mind. “I love interacting with clients and focusing on the details of drawing documents and preparing files. Escrow gives me the perfect combination.” Jennifer manages all types of residential escrows and commercial escrows, primarily in the coastal region of North San Diego County and is a Notary Public. She also handles all of the escrows for the City of Carlsbad’s affordable units. Although very labor-intensive, the work gives her the opportunity to give back, which she enjoys immensely.
As summer approaches, Jennifer’s sunny personality gets even brighter at the prospect of enjoying spending time on the Carlsbad and Oceanside coastline and all that the local scenes have to offer in these unique communities.
