This specific transaction was unique with many hurdles we had to overcome as a team. Sy handled each obstacle with professionalism and respect towards those effected. She was honest and showed empathy while educating someone that was in a surprisingly difficult situation and now previous real estate experience. As a realtor, it was a breath of fresh air knowing Sy was the escrow officer handling this transaction. More communication on closing day would be helpful, i.e. letting us know that the loan had funded, still waiting on docs, etc. Was also never notified that buyer signing was scheduled or buyer & seller signing had been completed.
