Lisa Summa

Lisa has very poor communication, and makes closing transactions problematic. Very disappointed in the quality of service that is provided, which is unfortunate since there are no other escrow companies in town. Clearly need new leadership and more employees to provide better service.

Lisa Summa is amazing! Efficient, quick, and knowledgeable. If you need title company services, ask for Lisa. She is the best!

I've worked with Lisa Summa since I first started many years ago. I depend on her like no other title person. She has always treated me graciously. I know that I can count on her to make sure everything is done properly. If there is a problem, she gets it handled immediately. I know when I go into closing there are going to be no surprises. If I can't use her because of a sellers choice, I get very panicky. I have had several situations where title officers have not acted as a neutral 3rd party and they have created numerous problems. Fortunately this does not happen very often. If she ever decides to retire, she better figure out how to clone herself so a duplicate can be available!
