Janell and Allison Edwards at the Team Covington Group are the ladies that will get it done. There is a reason I switched from another title company. Last week I had two transactions, one with Team Covington and one with another title company (buyers). Anytime I called or emailed the other title company - never had they picked up the phone or replied to my questions via email until 3-4 hours later …. That’s not the service I want my client to have. On the other hand, Allison would pick up my call right away and she knew it was me calling every time. If she was busy, she would call me back within minutes, not hours.
