We followed Marianne from a prior company and have have dozens of stories to tell.
Two stand out....
1) A veteran was deployed in Iraq and Marianne found the only commercial carrier (based in Europe) that was still making flights into Baghdad to get the loan papers delivered, to be signed in the "green-zone" while it still was a war zone. Marianne made it all happen.
2) The other was a signing two years ago at the US embassy in Mongolia....where Marianne had to co-ordinate them cutting Legal Size paper to the US 8.5x11 since they only used A10 size paper over there. Our county would not scan and record odd sized paper. Marianne made it all happen.
Her depth of experience reassures us (a broker) that no matter which lender we use, and what their closing procedure is, it will be fine. The difficult she does the same day, the impossible may take an extra day. Nuff said. Richard Scholtz

I have been selling Real Estate in Washington State for 35 years and it took me less than half that time to find Ticor Title and Escrow. But they are now a permanent fixture in all my Listing Agreements and my Purchase and Sale Agreements. Susan Huddleston Smith took over my account about 14 years ago and the service I received has always gone above and beyond expectations. My most recent deal was scheduled to close on Christmas Eve and Susan had to wait until around 7:30 pm to get the Buyers' documents from their bank, arrange an 8:30 pm signing and schedule approval and release of funds on Christmas Eve so that the transaction was recorded in time. If that isn't going above and beyond I don't know what is!!! I would also like to put in a plug for the wonderful people in Ticor Customer Service, particularly Dianne and Sue. Whenever I take a listing I get all the required title information before I put the property on line with the Multiple so that I have a title number to include in the listing. Because I'm a computer resister I have requested NOT to receive updates on my file via e-mail. My underlying principal for this is my experience with Ticor! I don't need to be told they are doing their job, I KNOW THEY ARE!!!
