The entire team for Team Plog at Ticor was just above the bar and over the top the way they were able to pull a transaction out of the fire and literally push it over the finish line. There's no other way the transaction(s) could have closed without their undivided attention and hustle they paid to this transaction. While always attentive and responsive, this one was thankless at every turn and yet, the team set all of that to the side and closed it. I'd almost call it a miracle!

Please recognize Taylor Plog as a star that shines brighter than all the others in the vast universe of escrow/title company choices. She killed it under pressure as my client had a heart attack and needed quadruple bypass surgery. Decent chance she doesn't make it. Taylor had the notary and proper paperwork drafted and ready to be executed by morning and took the guesswork out of it for my client's son. I called for this through Kyle Dedden our rep at 10pm by text message and didn't even follow up. I knew he and Taylor Plog and her team would have it there at 8am. I text them this request at 10 pm and I never checked my email or texts for such an important thing to my client. Signed at 8am and the deal closed early, and client lived. Praise God. Taylor is a magnificent weapon in the escrow/title world and you'd be wise to not keep her team a secret. I have never once asked anything of her twice and I never follow up. I send an email to her or her team or Kyle Dedden the rep. I never check for a reply or to have a dialogue. I don't. I make a request specific, and I know it is done and I don't speak of it again. That is an amazing thing if you think about that statement. Can anyone claim they have such confidence in escrow/title?? Took me 16 years to find a team like this that will put up with an agent that sends one communication, one way. That's it. That may make me a lame agent as I should follow up with them when they reply to my requests, but I don't...I found the good ole customer service thing in a time when it seems lost. I repeat seriously, I shoot an email and never check for a response. They give one that I probably miss and never reply to which may frustrate them. I ask them, And it's done. I know it is done. I love that. It's done and we close early every time. That is what you call too cool for school! Whatever that means…..
