Molly Bell is a seasoned Escrow Officer with over 20 years of experience in the title and escrow industry. Throughout her career, she has always had a knack for developing efficient workflows and learned early on that she wanted to make a difference on the desks and operations around her by sharing her practices.
On this journey, she has optimized operations through efficient workflow development, comprehensive training initiatives and “university style” programs designed to support Escrow Assistants on their journey to running their own desks. Molly is deeply passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential by leveraging our systems and technology to enhance their clients' experience, relationships and work-life balance.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Molly is a proud mother to her daughter Nina and Frenchie Loki. She loves sports of any kind and gives back to the youth in her community by running a Youth Football & Cheer team in the Fall. Sunflowers and concerts bring her joy, and she loves to cut hair and spend time outdoors, whether exploring a new trail or working in the yard.

Molly Bell was our 1-on-1 trainer for the tasking.
Watching her at my desk in my own space. in my systems etc. was priceless.
I was able to watch her work like I would normally and when she was showing us the tips and tricks she was detailed, fast, clear and efficient. I am sure I would eventually be able to reap the benefits of the training if it was from afar but I feel this in person training made it much quicker….like light speed…. a game changer for sure.
She brought to my attention how outdated my templates were and a couple of other things that were “ah ha” moments.
I did feel rushed, I think we could have benefited from having more time with her.
She did say that this relationship was forever and not for now and that we could reach out to her for anything and she will help us.
I really enjoyed her energy and her representation of our company and our tools.
