She specializes in residential, commercial, new loans, construction loans, refinances, and cash transactions. She has been in the industry since 1997 and has built a reputation for being dedicated, efficient, effective, and accurate.
Michelle started working at Ticor Title in 2021. Her favorite part about working for Ticor is the resourcefulness, support, and structure. She chose this career path because it allowed her to grow both personally and professionally. Helping someone from start to finish in their home buying process is one of the most rewarding experiences. Her favorite part about her job is seeing people get excited about their new home purchase.
Michelle’s coworkers praise her effective communication skills and escrow expertise. Michelle was born and raised in Southern California and move to the greater Las Vegas area in 1996. She has four children, four grandchildren and three dogs. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.

Michelle Martinez in my opinion is one of the BEST Escrow Officers I've worked with. And I have been in Real Estate here in Las Vegas for almost 20 years. Michelle went beyond her duties to get our transaction closed on time. We were dealing with new construction that was not complete for my clients 1031exchange. Michelle made several suggestions to us in order to satisfy the 1031exchange timeline. Michelle discussed with Management our dilemmas, and got approval for exceptions to the rules. Her suggestions were welcomed for both buyers and seller. Even up to the final hour, Michelle spoke with the 1031xchg officer to assure figures were accurate and we had to update our addendum to satisfy the figures. Michelle stayed with us until the final end of recording and kept all parties up to date with details. Thanks to Michelle's diligence we recorded on time to satisfy the buyers 1031 exchange monies without tax penalties. Michelle was always professional and pleasant through out the entire transaction.
