Jo’s area of expertise covers a multitude of real estate projects, including commercial and residential properties, short sales, refinance, REO, AITD and other challenging transactions. Jo has closed hundreds of escrows including a $200 million commercial transaction.
Having worked in the industry for over 25 years, Jo’s reputation is built on the ability to close transactions with great efficiency, professionalism and care. Originally from the City of Brotherly Love, this Philadelphian moved to Las Vegas in 1998. When she isn’t working, she’s spending time with her family and baseball is a huge part of their family lives together. They also enjoy all of the great restaurants and entertainment the local community has to offer.
