Nichole Kephart has over 14 years of escrow/title experience. In 1998, she began her escrow career and in 2010, she moved out of the area with her family. Two years ago, she moved back to Albany and joined the Bobbie Artus Team in the Corvallis Ticor Office. Nichole is now one of two escrow officers in our Lebanon Ticor Office. She is a great addition to the office and we are very lucky to have her on the Ticor team!
