As always, Jenni Townsend did an amazing job with this transaction! There were a few complicated issues as far as the Seller leaving the country, etc., and she made sure everything went smooth and easy for all involved! Jenni was away from the office for a couple days prior to closing and Brooklyn Dunham from the Seaside Ticor office was extremely helpful and communicative in helping wrap everything up during those final days.
