With 16 years of combined experience in both the Short-Term Rental and Escrow industries, I am passionate about helping others and always up for a challenge. Furthermore, I love that the real estate industry and market are always changing, offering me daily opportunities to continue learning and maintaining a sharp skillset.

When not at the office I love spending time with my husband and our 2 adult children. You can usually find us camping, hiking, floating in the river or sitting around a campfire planning our next adventure.

As always, Jenni Townsend did an amazing job with this transaction! There were a few complicated issues as far as the Seller leaving the country, etc., and she made sure everything went smooth and easy for all involved! Jenni was away from the office for a couple days prior to closing and Brooklyn Dunham from the Seaside Ticor office was extremely helpful and communicative in helping wrap everything up during those final days. I can't say enough about how much everyone's teamwork and great communication helps make each transaction work like a well oiled machine! Thanks ladies!
