Ashley started her career in the escrow and title industry in 2004. In 2007, she decided to change careers and work for a local company that specialized in note servicing. After building strong relationships with her clients, she decided to follow her heart and went back into the escrow industry. Ashley enjoys being a part of one of the biggest milestones in a buyer's life…home ownership. She is very compassionate, has excellent communication skills, and takes care of every transaction with the highest amount of professionalism.
Ashley is married with four beautiful children that keep her very busy between various sports they play. In her free time she enjoys Lake Tahoe, attending baseball games (GO YANKEES), and getting away to the ocean as much as possible.

Lots of issues with my lender, but Ashley was there for us, thankfully!! She went above and beyond to help get things straightened out with the lender so our deal would close on time. In addition, we were lacking HOA info, which she tracked down and got the paperwork and transfer fees set up to keep us on target. This would not have happened without Ashley's help and hard work!!
Once again, Ashley Farrington, GETS THE JOB DONE. On a Friday we had a sticky situation where seller and buyer just couldn't agree with one another. A situation where the buyer performed, we, the lender, were ready, but the seller just couldn't get the belongings from the property! They TRIED the "rent back option, with an extension" but the seller would not agree to the terms. The seller offered terms the buyer wouldn't agree to either! But FINALLY at 4:57 pm. an agreement was made and Ashley was told to release the recording! FINALLY!
Sadly, the buyer didn't get the "happy key day celebration" until Monday morning. But he GOT the property, that he wanted so badly! Ashley not only worked LATE on Friday...she was there early on Monday morning to see the completion of this Escrow! OUR team loves to work with her team because they get the job done! Thank you Ashley and team for another job WELL DONE!
