I have known Shannon and worked with her for most if not all her 35 years in the business. We have completed hundreds of escrows. Never once has Shannon or her team dropped the ball, missed something in the transaction or not been on time. Infact most of the time her team is ready in advance of the timelines. And when asked, Shannon can make things happen on very short notice. She will stay at the office and work until the escrow is complete.
