Steve Schiller provides unparalleled access as a company president, manager, and mentor. From day one with Ticor, he has always had an “open door” policy, and I realized he truly does abide by this principle the first time I took him up on it. Upon leaving Steve’s office, I understood that my leader truly has my back and cares. Moving forward, I have been able to consult with him one-on-one regarding whatever issue or concern I might bring to him. He always has legitimate counsel on how to proceed in a professional and highly ethical manner. The real greatness of Steve is how he empowers his employees with the proper tools and training to do their jobs, then gets out of the way and lets them work.
