I am honored to serve as Executive Vice President and County Manager for Ticor Title Orange County. I’ve been managing the company since 1999. It is a pleasure to work with the finest people in the industry every day! Our Newport Beach office is diverse in all types of Title and Escrow Transactions spanning the most basic to the extremely complex.
Our Residential Team consists of the highest quality and experienced professionals in the industry. We have three outstanding Residential Title Officers, Ten amazing Escrow Officers, and twenty-two hardworking Sales Executives. We also serve our Residential Refinance Lender client’s transactions in 28 states.
Our National Commercial Services Team closes transactions on a nationwide basis. Our team of experts can close any type of transaction including Multi-Family, Construction, Hospitality, Land, Office, and Industrial just to name a few. We have a dedicated Title Underwriting team in our office along with four Escrow Officers devoted to Commercial and complicated Bulk transactions. Our team of eight Sales Executives are here to partner and help you succeed in your area of expertise.
Customer Service is the highest priority for all of our employee’s and we take it seriously! I believe our in-house Customer Service Department and Payoff Team are second to none.
