I've worked with Gretchen over twenty-five years without one complaint regarding her professionalism, service and ability to problem solve any title issues I might have had to close my transaction. There have been occasions when I could not use Gretchen because it was not possible. I must say my experience has been that other title companies do not have title representatives nearly as qualified to handle the successful agents with their questions.
