Nicole Hall, my sales representative, set my clients and I up with Team Lynnwood who were local to the property we were selling. Tiffany Bigger was our closer and she hustled SO hard to get our transaction closed in 7 days, including some expeditious acts to get the seller signed within 2 days of mutual before they left the country on vacation. She took the challenge of a quick close and exceeded any expectation my clients and I had! Despite the speed of the close, she was not only fast, but efficient!
