Nicole Hall, my sales representative, set my clients and I up with Team Lynnwood who were local to the property we were selling. Tiffany Bigger was our closer and she hustled SO hard to get our transaction closed in 7 days, including some expeditious acts to get the seller signed within 2 days of mutual before they left the country on vacation. She took the challenge of a quick close and exceeded any expectation my clients and I had! Despite the speed of the close, she was not only fast, but efficient!

I absolutely love Nicole Hall and Team Dani! Dani Schneider and her team are amazing! They have excellent systems in place, so things never fall through the cracks. Their communication is great! The tools that Ticor has to offer makes the process seamless for busy agents. You receive updates via text to your phone; and/or email, and you can track every part of the process in their Ticor app. I highly recommend team Dani if you like a team that gets the job done quickly and efficiently!
