Bianca was excellent, she absolutely went the extra mile to finish my title work, deal with the difficult mortgage company, make multiple submittals to the County, and react quickly when needing extra signatures. She really took care to answer all of my questions and was available when I need to discuss options. I would use her and Ticor Title again without hesitation.

This was such a smooth transaction, reverse mortgages are always a little different but this was on point from A to Z. So responsive, and a desire to get everything done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be coming back to open more escrows.
