Terri Adams took it upon herself to jump into the middle of a complicated escrow to help my seller out even the property was in another county. Not only that but she notarized the documents and took them with her to be recorded the next day before the buyers loan expired!
In my 30 years of real estate finance and sales, I have never experienced the dedication of a title rep, escrow officer, broker or company president go so far beyond their job description. Terri saved an $800k transaction. She is simply amazing!
