Just wrapped up possibly the most stressful transaction in the history of my career. The Seller had some accessibility needs that did not allow for any electronic communication and moved out of state at the start of the transaction. Buyers had various lender catastrophes and the deal was on the rocks several times, with repeat extensions right in the final stretch, which required sending the notary back to the Seller multiple times. If a normal transaction includes 25 phone calls, I guarantee there were no less than two thousand calls required on this one. Stephanie and Briana were patient and kind with the clients and accommodating and consistent with a lender who made zero things simple or easy. They both deserve trophies for the above and beyond empathy and humanity that they showed to these clients. I can't thank them enough!
