Blanca Trejo did an excellent job! She was extremely communicative and was on top of everything on our side. I have the utmost respect for the escrow closers as they deal with a lot during a very stressful time in a buyer or sellers home buying process. Blanca dealt with a lot during our double transaction, and I am very thankful for her hard work and rushing our transaction through at the last minute to make sure my sellers were able to close on time.

I first met Rhiannon Carr 4, or 5 years ago when the listing agent on a transaction had requested her. I found her to be very professional and her communications was excellent. The same can be said about the people on her staff. Even though I've been a real estate agent for 22 years now, I had just moved to this area and was looking for my "go-to" people. Rhiannon quickly moved to the top of that list and in all of the transactions that we've done together since, she has never given me cause to move her from the top of my "go-to" list for escrow services.
