First I'd Like to tell you about my name. Zabie is from the Italian desert zabaglione. My Father was a chef and this was one of his favorite deserts to make and they called is Zabie in the kitchen. I was born in TX but raised in Tacoma and Gig Harbor, WA. I started working in Escrow in 2003 as a receptionist. I instantly fell in love with the crazy that is escrow. When the market crashed in 2008 I started a family. We moved to IA, then OR, then HI, then back to WA, then back to OR and now finally back in WA. I have three boys 13, 11, and 9. Yes, they keep me busy all the time. I started up in escrow again in 2015 at Ticor Gig Harbor as an Opener. Instantly I remembered why I loved Escrow.
