I have been in the industry since 1997. My career started in the Title Department assisting others on a variety of assignments including document recording. I worked my way up to be a Title Examiner.
In 2007 I decided I wanted to work in the Escrow Department. I went to Bellevue Community College and study Real Estate Escrow.
Since the first day I worked in Escrow I knew this is what I been called to do. I have enjoyed every second of it. The experience I have acquired has helped me identify red flags and any other matters that can delay closing.
I am committed to provide the highest level of service and take every challenge as a learning opportunity.

Even for the local signer, she had the local mobile notary return the documents directly to her the same evening because we asked to expedite the closing date which was one day sooner than required because we had a closing date reading, "and or sooner" clause. Give her some flowers!
