I first met Rhiannon Carr 4, or 5 years ago when the listing agent on a transaction had requested her. I found her to be very professional and her communications was excellent. The same can be said about the people on her staff. Even though I've been a real estate agent for 22 years now, I had just moved to this area and was looking for my "go-to" people. Rhiannon quickly moved to the top of that list and in all of the transactions that we've done together since, she has never given me cause to move her from the top of my "go-to" list for escrow services.

Rhiannon Carr?this transaction was so easy and smooth so I didn?t have opportunity to do much with you; however I want to add there is something to be said about feeling ?safe? and cared for during transactions. (As I shared in my comments about Kyle). One of the most important things is that my clients feel nothing but happiness and excitement when it comes to escrow. Escrow is a neutral third party making everything come together. The trust one has to blindly have with the team is HUGE for me.
