Cyndy Willis is amazing at her job! Even under difficult circumstances she remains calm and always is able to adjust. She is always very professional and keeps everyone informed of how things are going or if she needs anything she lets you know. I would highly recommend Cyndy to anyone needing an escrow officer who has seen it all and always knows what to do! I will continue to use Cyndy for all my transactions whenever possible. I have always used Cyndy Willis for my transactions over the years. She is consistently hard working and professional at all times. When I have a question she is always able to answer it and help me through some of the tougher issues that come up during escrow. Cyndy is phenomenal at what she does. I have been in the real estate industry for 13 years and she is one of the best I've ever worked with. She takes time to make sure our clients understand the title and escrow process. She is awesome at the signing table, making our clients feel like they understand and when there are questions she makes sure that our clients are talking to the right people to get the answers they need. I know when Cyndy has our transaction we are in good hands.

Cyndy Willis is an amazing escrow officer! She constantly goes above and beyond for myself and my clients. I have had some very difficult files in the last few months and every time Cyndy is patient and kind while still knowing time is of the essence and doing her best to be attentive to every one's needs. She is the first one I call when I am having a problem and need help because I know Cyndy and Sabrina will do everything in their power to help me figure out how to solve the issue. I cannot say enough about how much I truly appreciate Cyndy and all the time she puts into mine and every one else's files, she really is an integral part of my team and instrumental in helping me take the best possible care of my clients!

Just finished another transaction with Cyndy Willis as my Escrow officer. As always Cyndy went above and beyond to get the job done! This transaction only had 9 days to process from start to finish and Cyndy did not miss a beat. I have dealt with other escrow agents from outside of Ticor Title, but Cyndy by far is the best there is! I highly recommend Cyndy for all of your Escrow needs!

I appreciate how she reached out via email informing me of what information she had, and if there were anything else she needed. I truly cannot say enough about Cyndy and how she takes care of her clients and our transactions. She is the most proactive officer I have worked with and is top of the game when it comes to communication every step of the sale/purchase... with even notices 10 days prior to our closing dates touching base with agents and lender to make sure everyone is on the same page for closing. She truly is top of the game when it comes to years of experience, knowledge, professionalism and customer service and makes my life worry free when I can send my sales her way!
