Robin was very helpful throughout the whole process. I come from Columbus, Ohio and found Robin's name while searching for properties here in Tucson. She emailed me updates for over a month for properties. Then when I sold my home my grandmother went into the hospital so I was late getting out here. Robin was very understanding to my situation. Once I was able to leave to come here once my grandma got out of the hospital and was able to get back on her feet, Robin met with me to show me all the places in the price range I wanted. She helped me review all the best properties in that range and also helped rush my closing once I made my choice so I wouldn't have to stay in a hotel for weeks or a month. It helped that the condo I wanted was open to move into. She went out of her way to help me with a list of inspectors and local numbers for utility/ cable services since I am new to the area. She even had her husband help me by inspecting my heating/ cooling system since that is his profession. Overall Robin went above and beyond to help me and was empathic to my situation and did everything in her power to meet my needs in getting a new condo.

Working with Robin Siddle was the best experience we could have hoped for. We were in a bit of a hurry as we looking to relocate to Arizona from Washington state as my husband had to report to his new job within weeks. Like many homeowners nowadays we were struggling to make our payments and the banks were not in any hurry to help. I first contacted Robin with some general questions with regards to short sale vs. foreclosure and was sold on her immediately. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains stuff well. She advised us the of the consequences of short sale vs. foreclosure and we chose short sale. Everything seemed to go pretty much as she predicted it would go, especially the snags we may encounter along this long process. Robin and her team were on top of paperwork and got back to us quickly when we needed them. I would recommend her to friends or family and would use her again in the future.
