Laura did a phenomenal job for us. We bought a house 10 years ago and Laura was our realtor. We decided to sell our starter home and buy our forever home and Laura made the process SO EASY! Laura has great communication, explained everything to us several times and answered all of our questions. She made the process so easy and we quickly found a house. The closing process went off without a hitch she to Laura’s hard work and communication with all sides. I definitely recommend Laura and we will use her again if we ever exude to buy/sell.

Laura has been exceptional to work with. She helped both of my sons buy their first homes a few years ago. She made the process so easy! We appreciate her honesty, guidance, patience and knowledge. Hi, First of all sorry I didn't do this earlier. We had another family emergency 2 days after we arrived here. We are settled in now at the new house and having both of you as our realtors made the transition in Villa Ridge unbelievably smooth and painless. You guys were great to work with in every aspect of the sale from start to finish. A special thanks to Laura for her help in some of our personal items we had for sale, she found some buyers interested and that was sooooo very nice and appreciated. Laura was a great relator and without her we would not have sold our house as quickly as we did. She was always ready to help and do what was necessary. During a difficult market we were able to get a good offer and close quickly. I interviewed multiple realtors and she came better prepared, had done the most research and had suggestions when asked.

Laura was very personable when she came for her initial appointment. We chose her to be our realtor because she was local and knew the market. As soon as the house was ready to show, we began showing!! Several days later we had several offers and negotiated with the buyer for an executed contract!! We got on the road and found our new home and Laura and her partner opened the house for any inspections, second looks, etc. What a seamless process in a very quick sale and eventual close!! I would recommend Laura for your real estate needs!!
