Pat is one hell of a guy, this experience started off just horrible with a different realtor that did not have the knowledge of the area! Pat took us to every home I wanted to see and even tho he knew I wasn’t going to be happy he spent a Saturday with us. It was truly so depressing everything we looked at was so worn down. My fiancé dropped me back off at my condo that day and went back to work, and I just remember being so so defeated Then Pat texted me around 6pm about a fabulous house and I looked at it and said make a showing happen and he did! This is because of him we call it home!

My husband and I got our pre-approval letter on a Friday and wanted to search for a home ASAP as we were about 8 months pregnant with out first child at the time. We stopped in at Summa in Hillsboro on that following Saturday morning and were greeted by Pat. He spent the time right then and there to find out what specifications in a home we wanted. He then lined up three viewings that same day, one of those viewings ended up being the home we purchased. This being our first home purchase, we were very nervous regarding the process. Pat was always a phone call or a text away. He was so very helpful with putting in our offer as well as explaining the entire process. The offer was accepted and we know are enjoying our new home with our daughter who was born about 2 weeks after we moved in.

I called Bonnie one day after finding her name on a website. My family and I were visiting Oregon for a quick few days before returning to our home overseas. We were interested in finding a place to live in the Portland area. We really had no idea about the area or the housing situation. Bonnie worked for several days with us...driving all over the place and showing us land and houses. She was very professional but still a lot of fun to spend time with. She was also very patient with us as we learned the area. We actually did find a house but the situation was beyond our control and we were not able to move forward with the purchase. It was no fault of Bonnie's and she worked REALLY hard trying to convince the seller to do what was in the best interest of all parties. When we are finally ready to move to Oregon, Bonnie will most definitely be the realtor we use.

Bonnie came highly recommended and we are so thankful to have found her. She assisted us in selling our home that we had lived in for over 30 years. We did not have much knowledge of the selling process but Bonnie was there every step of the way. She kept us informed of what was taking place and answered all questions and concerns that we had.
