I’ve known about this agency for the nine years I have lived in Florida, and my first interaction with them was with Mr. Wikle, who was really gracious to me as I was starting a business. Years later we need a good title company, and my memory went to immediately here. I’m so grateful we chose them. Amanda is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and expedient. I’m very grateful for them. Customer service is very alive at Wollinka Wikle Title Insurance Agency!

Great to work with, as doing an out of state transaction can be stressful, but Amanda Rowthorn and staff made it an easy transaction, and Krissy Kydd who is a friendly and follow-through RELATOR with great integrity, (coming from myself being a REALTOR for 10 years) recommended Wollinka Wikle Title. Being a a real estate investor for the last 8 years, I have done enough deals to know Amanda Rowthorn and this agency is top notch. In Citrus County I would never use another title company, and trust me that says a lot. Their record keeping, business practice and representation is only surpassed by their friendly attitude. Kelly always has things covered. She has closed many homes and properties for us. She is our go to person for difficult closings as well. We can always count on her to deliver a professional job time after time. She has helped us close homes in 30 days working with our lender. I can’t imagine using any other company. Once you deal with the best how can you go anywhere else!
