Janet is the best!! She’s so knowledgeable and fierce. She is always very organized, and ready when you are. We have three children and Janet always made our children feel included in the process. She helped us find the right schools and the right neighborhoods to suite our lifestyle and our children’s needs. Even if they weren’t great houses Janet made it a pleasure to visit! It’s definitely easy for me to say that the experience of buying a home was less than fun. We trudged through house after house, being outbid, never hearing back from people, etc. The one constant that held us together and got us to the end was Janet and Stefanie, who gave all their time and effort to make this happen for us. Janet refuses to let people settle for less than the best and that’s why the praise-filled recommendation we received for her is being reciprocated. She not only cares that the job is done right but that you are happy with the outcome. Her opinion is always available to those who need it. She always responds in great time (even when busy with her own life and its curveballs). I could wax poetic about how grateful I am to have had her with us for this journey, but I’ll cut myself off before it gets to be too much. In conclusion: Our home buying experience would NOT have happened without her.

Janet has been a super partner for our family over the last 12 years. First, she helped us move to St. Louis through a corporate relocation. She was excellent then. When we were planning to sell our house, she provided great advice in advance of what we needed to do to help the house be marketable. She assisted with referrals to some contractors and helped us with staging our house. While our sale took longer than expected, due to unforeseen circumstances, she stuck with it, marketed more, gave good pricing advice and ultimately the sale prize was achieved. We had moved away from the house prior to closing and she helped coordinate showings, inspections, and even facilitated some contractor work at the end to ensure our sale went through. 100% of the time, if asked for a referral for a realtor, Janet is the one. Thank you Janet and team for all your help.

You will NEVER find anyone who works harder for you than this team. She suggested we have the windows cleaned, the carpets/flooring cleaned, and a cleaning service for a deep clean. We took her advice and the house sold really fast and way above asking price. We couldn’t be more happy.

Janet was patient, friendly but also very focused and efficient when it came to all aspects of closing for my home. Being a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and made plenty of mistakes in the process but she was there for me the entire way and walked me through many difficult aspects of the purchase.
