Donna Milberg-Forbis has been a full time Realtor since 1986 serving the greater St. Louis area. Specializing in St. Louis, Franklin and Jefferson counties. I started my career with Century 21 and at the time they were one of the largest companies in the St. Louis area. I worked out of offices in Eureka & Pacific for 8 years before going to Gundaker along side my late husband Burt we were at their Clarkson/Clayton location when I lost him to cancer. When they opened an office in Washington I decided it would be a great office to go to. There for several years and during the Colwell Banker & Gundaker merge. We were Coldwell Banker Gundaker when they moved out of Washington and I went to our DesPeres office. Not enjoying the drive or corporate feel finally changed companies. I am with Berkshire Hathaway Alliance Real Estate in Fenton and love the fit! Great company locally owned and giving back to the community!! The experience of being in the offices with different locations has helped make me more knowledgeable of the areas. Donna wasn’t just an agent, she was a friend. I would have given her a 10 if that were possible. She was very well organized and it was obvious that she’s had years of experience. She was always available and never thought our questions were stupid. She helped us every step of the way, from the initial consult visit to the closing. If she didn’t have the answer she got it ASAP. On top of everything, Donna is a genuine good person who cares, and has a smile for everybody! She’s a keeper!!

Donna was excellent with giving us information and explaining to us what to expect during the process.

Donna always got back to us within a few hours of sending an email. We were very impressed.

Donna had helpful in helping us with the timing to buy and the prices for homes

Donna would triple (or more) check herself on any paper we signed to make sure it was all in order and there were no mistakes.

Donna listened to our concerns and made the necessary calls to make sure the process went smoothly.

I don't think we could have had a better agent. Donna was so flexible and knowledgeable that we could trust her with anything. We didn't have to worry about things getting done or not in in time because she was always a step ahead.
