Chris is a wonderful agent. He is very thorough and explained all questions I asked about filling out the forms to start the process of selling my dad's home.
He showed me how to do the dot loop signatures so whenever there was an amendment I could get the forms signed and back to him quickly. I never did this before and he was very patient with me and made the selling of my dad's home very easy. I will definitely recommend Chris to everyone I know who wants to sell their home. Chris assisted me with my first home purchase and it very smoothly. He introduced me to a loan officer that got me locked into a great rate. He setup a few showings for me when the market was slow just so I could practice going through a house. I never went less than a few hours of waiting for text/call response. Overall, I had a great experience with Chris.
